Cancellations & Booking information

Pre-payment is required for all Treatments & Spa Day packages.

Treatment appointments may be re-booked (subject to availability) at a time to suit up to 24 hours prior to your appointment and 48 hours for Spa Days. Unfortunately, if bookings are cancelled after these times a 100% cancellation fee will be due. All Spa Days & Treatments are Non-Refundable

Medical Information

At AquaManda, all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which must be disclosed upon booking to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible. You must inform us prior to arrival if you have or have had a medical condition or health concern such as cancer, lymph node removal, received any form of radiotherapy, high/low blood pressure, heart/circulatory problems, epilepsy, pregnancy or diabetes so we can offer a safer alternative if needed. Please be aware medical forms are only reviewed at the time of your treatment therefore it is vital to inform us of any medical issues prior to your visit otherwise your treatment may be cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe under our insurance policy.

If you have a medical condition and would like to discuss the options available to you, our staff are happy to offer guidance and assistance. Suitability of treatments will be reconfirmed upon arrival at AquaManda following a consultation.

On occasions there may be a contraindication you have which may result in the therapist being unable to perform your chosen treatment. In this case, if appropriate, your therapist will offer an alternative. If it is not possible to perform any treatments, no charge will be due.

At Aquamanda we can perform any treatment on a client who has been in remission for 2 years or more, if they have been in remission for over one year, we can perform the reviver facial or prescriptive facial only (No Massage). However, if the client wishes to have a treatment before the 2 year mark that isn’t nails or waxing we MUST receive a written doctors note.

When booking in for treatments during pregnancy you must be 14 weeks or more. If you are pregnant some treatments may not be suitable.

Children

Minimum age for Spa Days, Members Guests & Treatments is 16 years of age but must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age or over. Unfortunately, no children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the beauty suite. If you are booked to have treatments, please ensure that you have made suitable arrangements for their care.

Beauty Suite Opening Times:

Monday - Wednesday & Friday: 9.30 am - 6 pm

Thursday: 9.30 am – 8 pm

Saturday: 9 am – 6 pm

Sundays: 9 am – 5.30 pm

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due in order that you can relax prior to your treatment.
