All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If not cancelled prior to 6.00pm on the day before arrival, the full charge will be levied.

All group bookings (ie. 4 rooms +) are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.

All deposits are non-refundable.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for booking.

Hempstead House has the right to amend or terminate any offers without prior notice.

Any damage to property of Hempstead House Hotel will be liable to the Primary name on the reservation or booking.

AquaManda Spa Day and Treatments

We appreciate that juggling busy family and work schedules can be difficult at times and ill health can cause cancellations.

Please note that treatment appointments may be cancelled and re-booked (subject to availability) at a time to suit up to 24 hours prior to your appointment and up to 48 hours prior for Spa Days. Unfortunately if bookings are cancelled after these times a 100% cancellation fee will be due.

All Spa Day packages and treatments are non-refundable.
